During a recent visit to LAX airport, it took over 30 minutes to rent a car at Alamo / National. In this video you can see how SLOW and unconcerned the employee’s are at helping their customers including their ELITE customers like Quick Silver members who are supposed to have their own express line-there was none at this location. From the customer view, there needs to be more people behind the counter and the employee’s should get some lessions on how to operate their computer systems to improve the speed at which it takes to rent a car. I will be returning Oct 1st to see if there are any improvements for all of Alamo’s Customers.
