Budget Rent-a-Car System presents another film in the Bert Budget series, How to Travel on a Budget! Follow along as both Bert Budget and Lady Vivian Sacksofcash the Third learn the dos and donts of traveling economically.

This film marks the sixth full production and second animated feature by Hard Luck Hero Pictures. A blend of live action, manipulated photographs, and hand drawn pictures, it was laboriously scanned into Photoshop for coloring and manipulation, and recorded and edited in Final Cut Studio 2.
