Disney does NOT offer shuttle services to anywhere off property other than the airport, why would they? When we were at Disney in April we went to Sea World from Saratoga Springs. We had bell services call a cab for us for 8:30am the morning we wanted to go. The ride there was about $15+tip if I remember correctly, for 6 people. We spent the day there, then walked back to the cab stand for a ride back to Saratoga. It was well worth it, since we could come and go as we please, and was much less than renting a car.
