Cheap does not get you anywhere when its clearly stated on their website that all bookings are based on availability. Second, filming their website without their consent. And just to let you know its possible you didnt get an email response because the INT- is not your rental agreement number, there is another number on your paper which is it. For your information- Canadian law requires that at least one party in the phone call be aware of the recording. From what I heard you never made the other person aware you were recording the phone call.

So my advice to you …
So my advice to you is let this be a Learning Lesson the next time a trip means allot to you get off your computer and maybe go and speak to the company directly in person or maybe get to another company and ask if they have an U V. I am sorry I mean an SUV. The best thing you can do is remove this video ASAP before you get a nice letter in the mail from a Lawyer. You know how they know who you are, your reservation number in which you clearly input all your personal information.
