What happened is that I rented a pick up truck to go for a four day road trip and take our 4 bicycles in it. Litarry less than two hours, before the start of my road trip I got a phone call saying that there is truck and no options. “Sorry foe the inconvenience” and that is it. So here were are looking forward to our 4 day vacation in Montreal with packed bags and bicycles and no car to get there. I called them 4 times and send an email, never a got a response. So here is the video, maybe then they will listen to their customers.
I am just wondering is this the poiicy? If person makes a reservation and you don’t have one car for some reason to just leave them like that? No buffer? Extra cars? Rent from competition?

For your …
For your information i was that one party that was aware of the recording. You comments make no sense at all. You know if you registered a profile yesterday with a nick name top lawyer to leave 5 comments on the video at least try to make sense.

For your …
For your information- Canadian law requires that at least one party in the phone call be aware of the recording. From what I heard you never made the other person aware you were recording the phone call.

So my advice to you …
So my advice to you is let this be a Learning Lesson the next time a trip means allot to you get off your computer and maybe go and speak to the company directly in person or maybe get to another company and ask if they have an U V. I am sorry I mean an SUV. The best thing you can do is remove this video ASAP before you get a nice letter in the mail from a Lawyer. You know how they know who you are, your reservation number in which you clearly input all your personal information.

cont. part 2 If …
cont. part 2 If your trip was as important as you make it sound to be then maybe you should have gone and spoke to them directly at one of their branches. Cheap does not get you anywhere when its clearly stated on their website that all bookings are based on availability. Second, filming their website without their consent. I do not think if you had your own company and you found your company’s website on a video that is now posted online appealing. Third you have a phone conversation recorded?

I stumbled across …
I stumbled across your video and well I don’t think you will win any awards by putting your face on the internet or get good credits for it. But a way to get a large corporate company knocking at your door. Based on your story that you have provided to the rest of the world. Your first mistake was to book a vehicle ONLINE.

Hey I work at …
Hey I work at discount, in Downtown near Dupont and I totally agree with you. The policies are bullshit, and the people have for brains. If I could have helped you, I most definetly would have. And just to let you know its possible you didnt get an email response because the INT- is not your rental agreement number, there is another number on your paper which is it. But that still doesnt justify the service you received. PM me if you would like to speak with me, I may be able to help
