…from the east coast of NC to
the FL panhandle and back, are there any coupons or specials you can share?
I have always had good experiences with Hertz, www.hertz.com, however they tend to be pricier than other options. I have gotten my biggest steals from E-Z Rent-a-car. They have no frills but their cars are fine and the price is right….http://www.e-zrentacar.com/

Most of the Entertainment discount books have coupons.
I book through Priceline.
You have to be 25 to rent a car. Your other questions indicate you may be younger then that.

I just did a bunch of on-line research, looking for the best rates on a 3 week rental and it appears that, of the national brands, Thrifty was the best. You can book on-line at http://www.thrifty.com. I used the code AU11, for 5% off.
Good luck!
