I used to work for …
I used to work for that company AM- worst job ever, I blame the management for the whole culture of the company is geared towards we are right your wrong. I am really happy that this lady got one over on them, as this sort of case and win is very rare against enterprise. Well done and ERAC is clearly in the wrong! Admit it ERAC and pay up.

jesus some people …
jesus some people are stupid. rental car companies do not decide what happens in RTA’S, but the insurance companies do. they inform the hire company, who in turn inform the customer. simple. idiots like you never cease to amaze me.

Enterprise is THE …
Enterprise is THE WORST company in the customer service industry, only those who work for them defend them to no end. If you want to rent a vehicle go with Hertz or Avis as Alamo and all the other rental companies are all owned by Enterprise.

I hate Enterprise. …
I hate Enterprise. Last year I was rear ended by a drunk woman on a brand-new CTS and these had the balls to tell me it was my fault. Somehow they found out who was my insurance co. and collected from them, afterwards they demanded for me to pay them the deductible which I refuse. listen to this; According to them I drove backward towards the vehicle that hit ME and refuse to pay, I’m black listed for 10-yrs. even when the police report cleared indicated it was a rear end accident.

Terrible analogy. …
Terrible analogy. Take a logic class. The real analogy involves my unknowingly eating a bunch of food that McDonalds slipped in with smoke and mirrors and lies, and then being charged for that food after I eat it even though I flat out told the cashier I did not want it.
The point is… deception plus sociopathic attitude. What a horrible company.

Put it this way, …
Put it this way, you wouldn’t have complained if you had had an accident in their car and had to pay the full excess rather than zero. You’re the type of person who goes to McDonalds and gets a large meal, then takes back the extra fries for a refund because you were too full and didn’t mean to ask for it.

Everybody, what you …
Everybody, what you see Enterprise trolls doing here is what they do on the Failing Enterprise web site. They try to win over stupid people by sounding like they would be cool in the 7th grade. Look at how they talk to customers. What a sick company.
Google the word “failing” and look at the top few selections that pop up. You will see just how severe the shittiness of Enterprise is. A website dedicated to the topic is absolutely huge. Go figure.

That wording was …
That wording was not in the mountain of deceptive print that is ridiculously long as far as I could tell. Besides, the worker agreed to what I said at the moment. Dishonesty there too? Your attitude illustrates the attitude of Enterprise, by the way. It’s a whole bunch of, “You got tricked. Ha ha. you.” What a company.
Tell me something… Are Enterprise employees raised to be sociopaths, or are they just neglected by their parents? What rotten people.

Well technically, …
Well technically, the manager was right, you will have signed the contract that states you accpet the extra insurance for the duration of the rental, if you had it for longer, that’s your problem, not theirs.
December 8th, 2009 at 11:38 am
Wow! Fuckface? …
Wow! Fuckface? That’s a lot of emotion over a rental car. You must have serious emotion problems.
On the upside, that most likely explains the twitching, the bed wetting, and why your parents hate you.

Total clowns. Tried …
Total clowns. Tried to tell me extra days were $30 each but my internet contract had $10, so did the ending receipt when I took them. Liars. They tell Gold Card people they should get insurance. My ass, they kick in primary if you own only 2 feet and a bike.

Go to Hertz…They are 10x worse fuckface

Enterprise is a …
Enterprise is a major scam company!!! I paid for 5 days of car insurance from them, thinking my car would be fixed by then. I ended up needing the Enterprise car for much more than that, but never went in to pay for more insurance. But they charged me for the entire time EVEN THOUGH I NEVER AGREED TO IT!!! That is blatantly against contract law. I ended up agreeing to pay for half of the extra days because the manager LIED by saying there was a clause on the back of the contract. SCUM!!!!!!!!

Worked as a Manager …
Worked as a Manager “car washer” Trainee too…what a joke! All they cared about was selling the CDW. There are certain people that this company is geared towards, and I was not one of them. I hated having to take reservations when I knew well there were NO cars there or coming back! If you are a recent college graduate and looking for a job…think long and hard before becoming a management trainee. Everything that is told to you is not the full story.
December 8th, 2009 at 11:38 am
And yes, Enterprise …
And yes, Enterprise doesn’t believe in giving you time off for anything.
December 8th, 2009 at 11:38 am
I currently work …
I currently work for ERAC as a Management Trainee, and I will be honest with you, IT SUCKS, SURE YOU HAVE TO HAVE A COLLEGE DEGREE TO WORK THERE, but man, if I can last for another 2 months I will be happy with myself, if the economy was not so I would be working somewhere else. AND FOR ALL YOU CURRENT ENTERPRISE EMPLOYEES, ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS THE ESQI.

cellar, you from Raleigh? I think I know you.

I worked for Enterprise in Raleigh NC USA. What a bunch of asses. I know someone who moved from Raleigh to Nottingham with ERAC. He was an absolute tool.

All of you can suck …
All of you can suck my dick
December 8th, 2009 at 11:38 am
ERAC is definitely …
ERAC is definitely sexist. I currently work for the company as an MT. My boss says he hates hiring women because they treat Enterprise as a job and not as a career, and they are all just working until they pop out babies (his words, not mine). He also says he won’t hire anyone who’s getting married, or any newlyweds because they all complain about the 12 hour days instead of being married to their jobs.

Enterprise is the …
Enterprise is the WORST!!!!!!!!!!!
Today, I reserved a car. I was told the car was ready to go, but there was no one available to pick me up for that vehicle until after 1p.m. I could not wait the extra time so I walked to the location to get the car. AFTER I arrived I was told that not only was the car not ready, it was not even there. Last time they did this to me missed a conference, this time I missed my grandmother’s funeral.
At all and any cost Enterprise rental should be avoided!!!
