    Worked for …
Worked for Enterprise in Germany (Frankfurt am Main) for 2 years from 2000-2002 and learned pretty much everything how to run a business. Later I studied International Management in Germany and England and had countless déjà vues. I got my 50-60h/week while getting payed 48h. So what !! Compared to the priceless Know-How I obtained that’s peanuts. Lots of Human Resource Managers in Germany appreciate an “Enterprise Heritage” in one’s CV.

    Pretty sure you …
Pretty sure you aren’t going anywhere either man. Keep drinking that Kool Aid and in 7 years you might be level..2 or in a Nationwide call center.

  5. kyandralinn Says:

    I currently work at …
I currently work at enterprise and agree they overwork their employees and underpay them. But how many of you feel the same about your own company. I have no desire to work for them long term but am glad to have a stable job during such a horrible economy.

You lazy haters are the reason that our generation is not going to fix the problems that our country faces. Hard work comes first and then money second

Hey Andy thanks for NOT giving me a raise this year. After 5 years of working for you.I sure don’t want you to take a couple cents away from your 9 Billions dollars.

Don’t rent from them. They stole my jewelry. I know they did, I just can’t prove it and they have NO customer service. Use Budget- much better

    I love the HATRED …
I love the HATRED shown here by people who once worked for Enterprise and still haven’t moved on. If it’s not for you, it’s not for you.
Jesus, in 2 years, you’ll probably leave the company you’re with now. Why? People always end up finding out how much their bosses make at their expense. The only way to beat it is to start a company, expand it with a little luck and hard work, then on your own staff years later. By then, you won’t give a what past employees like you think.

  12. boston312 Says:

    Businesses like …
Businesses like ERAC is whar starts up Communist Revolutions. This is the ugly element of Capitalism when a few make all the revenue and the rest slave away to squeak out a living.

  13. defconmatrix Says:

    Everything that …
Everything that could be said about the negatives of any used car dealership applies to Enterprise family. People who are too young to lead taking on self serving arrogant attitudes to compensate for their general lack of good business judgement and using some old car salesman who basically told his family they could do without until HE got what HE wanted. And they actually act like he was the second coming. They are in Oregon with a call center now learning some adults know their BS is BS.

    Sure, I live at:

    175 Enterprise Sucks Ave.
    Fuck You, IL 3M TA3

In all seriousness. I can’t believe anyone would put their real address on you tube, but if you like to schedule an kicking I’m up for it. If you decide to stop living in your mom’s basement let me know.

Does anyone get the zip code? 3M TA3…think about it.

  15. ariestrada Says:

    It doesn’t have to …
It doesn’t have to be the way that Enterprise treats their employees. It is like Elementary School. Every employer should make more money on its employees than they bring in. Exploiting young College Graduates is another story.

  16. Cellar31 Says:

    give me an address …
give me an address so we can discuss face to face. Its easy to hide behind a computer and voice an idiotic opinion.

  17. Cellar31 Says:

    Your a whore
    Your a whore

i used to work for them, they are bad news

    Couldn’t have said …
Couldn’t have said it better myself ;)

  20. crazzyviet Says:

    You guys gotta quit …
You guys gotta quit complaining. Working a job means that you’re a labor slave. Only way for your boss to make money is to buy you wholesale and sell you retail. Thats how it works. If you dont like the idea of your boss making money off of you then you should start a business or be self employed! :)

  21. mishalchotai Says:

    I also worked for …
I also worked for ERAC. For nearly three years. Come on, you need to give it some credit! You learn loads! and most of all you learn what a bad company really is! I miss the people i worked with but not the company or a certian city manager!

  22. indazone1 Says:

    Andy, your company …
Andy, your company churns and burns employees. How do you sleep at night?

  23. bigdaddydiesel007 Says:

    They suck. They …
They suck. They exploit the workers. Over 60% turnover within a 12 month period…that should tell you something

  24. LollyLouLa Says:

    I remember the ERAC …
I remember the ERAC Christmas party I went to. We had to eat our meal all the way through some awful video presentation of Andy Taylor at full volume!! to say it was cheesey is an understatement-I was nearly sick!!! so glad I no longer work for this company

  25. mferguson1281 Says:

    Being a large …
Being a large company and making a lot of money doesn’t in itself make enterprise a good company. The ideals of the company are so screwed up and they treat their employees like crap. I actually worked there and would never entertain the idea of going back.
