I heard that I need to be 25 if I really want to pay the regular price. But isn’t there anyone who lets u rent a car under 25 yrs. ?
Generally you do need to be 25, but NY is different. In NY, the rental companies are required to rent to you if you are at least 18. You’ll be assessed an extra insurance fee when you rent in NY if you’re under 25. The surcharge varies from company to company so shop around for the best overall deal.

We will drive thru Czech Rep, Croatia, Austria, Hungary, Italy then back to Frankfurt.
You mostly meet requirements for age and the length of time you have had your driving license. Most companies have an at least 21 or even at least 25 restriction and at least 2 years a driving license, but not all companies have the same restrictions.
There might be restrictions for the countries you are allowed to go, but I guess that Czech republic in general is not on the list anymore, but do check before you commit to rent from a certain company.
It will indeed be a long and expensive travel.
Only if you are going with 4 to a small car you might be cheaper to rent than to travel by train, but a car has other advantages.

Could i rent a car in IL and drive it to Florida.
do rental companies let you do that i would stay in florida for 5 nights.

now, here is a thing, if u rent in IL, go to FL and then return your car in IL than u goona pay way less then renting car in IL and returning in FL

but remember, if u r between 21 and 24 expect to pay more than daily rate.
I have a valid Indian license and an international driving permit. I have been using it to rent cars in Boston and portland , oregon for the last 3 months ,however I have just come to Illinois(buffalo grove/deerfield) and need to rent a car. Can I get a rented car and drive here???

Do we need to rent a car for a week being in Cancun?
Round trip transportation from airport and hotel is included in our package.

Probably not, most likely not, you will stay at the resort the majority of time time, and if you want to go to different places you can take the buses.
