They wanted to give me a car when I visted la with 3 flat tires I laughed and walked away and went across the street and paid the same amount..

    Most of the extra …
Most of the extra charges at car rental counters are rip-offs but there ARE ways to get around them. I reserved a car from Deluxe for and upcoming trip. They were half of what even the 2nd tier RACS were. I researched them to see what was on the internet about them. They seem to be OK but Ive seen your name on all the negs about them. I have an alternative in case things dont work out. Even Hertz and Avis have disgrundled clients. For the price, Ill take a chance on Deluxe. Best of luck to you

Did Alamo commit consumer fraud and take money due to the airport ?

should I pay their registration ?

Don’t worry I have a newly uncovered fraud and some new videos coming soon

    You kinda missed …
You kinda missed the point… This company specializes in defrauding people.

I live in LA and am stubborn as when it comes to getting screwed by people… I dont let it happen without huge consequences.

Did Alamo forge customer’s signatures when the disputed charges ?

    I don’t know… …
I don’t know…living in Orlando and having worked for Alamo Rent a Car for over 8 years, I waw my share of disgrundled clients. A few stains on a seat is hardly worth mentioning as most rental cars are abused by the clients. The wheel was obviously damaged by hitting a curb, so if the tire needed repair, it needed repair. Take it and have it repaired or return the car for a replacement. I aways rent with a Platnum Mastercard and if there are problems with the service, I dispute the charge.

    Here’s the funny …
    Here’s the funny part…

I spent two hrs watching about 5 Johnny Park Shuttles running back and forth on Saturday and video taping them. I noticed a few interesting things…

Everyone I saw get off the shuttle went to Deluxe’s door

Deluxe picked up from the Courtesy Shuttle Stop while all others stopped at the Car Rental Stop.

This is because Deluxe and Johnny Park are in collusion to decieve LAX about what they are doing. Conspiracy between two or more people… RICO ACT ?

The veil of corporate protection is lifted with criminal activity. This exposes all board members to potential criminal charges and personal liability.

Upon the correct agency getting involved and forensic accounting anaylsis of the last 7 years or so there could possibly be a charge for each and every person who was fraudenly overcharged a non-existent or misrepresented fee to supplement your profit margin and offset the false advertisement of low pricing used to entice your victims

Sometimes drastic requests stem from drastic unethical actions. Perhaps “this company” needs to step up to the plate and take responsibility for their lack of management.

Whether it’s $1 or $100,000, your client not taking responsibility for the action of their employee is out of line. Did Deluxe Rent-A-Car ever offer to credit the charges back to the renter?

How about it’s possible that Deluxe Rent-A-Car
got called on their unethical practices, and theplatinumlife won’t be bullied, or take sugar coated apologies that aren’t worth the paper their typed on.

Councilor, sounds like your client feels they’re beyond reproach, and that it’s acceptable practice for “this company” to allow: Forgery, Non-registered cars to go out to the renters,Collecting unauthorized

I offered you a opportunity to make things right with the condition that you correct this activity and give people a 1year chance to find out and be refunded what you stole.

I asked you to make a fair offer for what you put me through and the 16mo. struggle to get your attention. You refused to make any offer.

Explain Deluxe’s policy change this week ?

Why have you still not produced the forged document to the police?

    13.3% tax @ $40/day on 450 cars = $854,100 a year

    It’s the “Principle”

  15. legalfigher Says:

    I believe this …
I believe this person is an internet terrorist and blackmailer. He has demanded this company pay him $100,000 to go away. All this over a flat tire and a dirty carpet he may have caused himself. He goes from company to company with demands until he gets what he wants. Just look at his my space page were be brags about it. This should be taken off your site.

    I found out Deluxe …
I found out Deluxe uses Johnny Park to pick-up and drop off their customers.

Netstar is the parent company of both Johnny Park and of Deluxe Rent A Car. I was charged 13.2% – $42 (Airport Use Tax) on my rental and I am a local renter

Deluxe now only rents to travelers who dont have a real chance to protect their rights. LAWA states that they don’t pay a tax

And Johney Park pays only a $1.60 fee…

    looks like..
“False Advertisement and Deceptive Business Practices”…
